Sasha Benlisa, R.M.T.

Sasha Benlisa is a graduate from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in North York. She is a Member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario Association.


Her passion for the Healing Arts began as a throwing athlete in High School and for XL's Track and Field Club! Common injuries led her to rehabilitation through Chiropractic and the passion followed.

 

Sasha is a Reiki Master/Energy Healer, is passionate about Yoga as an Instructor, Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine and wishes to complete her acupuncture diploma as time permits.

 

The focus of her practice includes:

Nick Lakhan is a graduate from George Brown College in Toronto with a diploma in Fitness & Lifestyle Management. He continued his training in Biomechanics and graduated in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan in Toronto. He is a Member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

 

Nick’s community stewardship with the Toronto Marlies, Toronto Marathon and other sports events provided on-site clinical massage treatments for occupational and athletic injuries.

 

As a Fitness Consultant he had implemented remedial exercise guidance for the Canadian Forces Military Academies, sports teams and college faculty to name a few.

 

Through massage therapy and remedial exercise guidance the objective is to promote injury prevention strategies in the area of sport performance and general health. Nick is client-focussed, passionate, goal oriented and provides his clients with measurable tools to achieve his clients bodywork objectives.
